Postnatal Yoga

Whether you are new to yoga or you have been practising for years, my postnatal classes are designed to support postpartum recovery and the transition into Motherhood.

This new class is in the heart of Totnes in the main hall at The Mansion, a beautiful recently renovated space.

The perfect continuation from my pregnancy yoga class, each class will incorporate breath work, movement and relaxation. I will guide you through a slow and nourishing vinyasa flow, building subtle warmth and strength. Helping you to carve out time into your week and to step away from the everyday of Motherhood.

  

These classes are also a great way to meet other Mums with the option of staying to enjoy tea and cake in the cafe afterwards. Little ones are of course very welcome for this class.

FREE first class, £8.50 drop in or £45 for six-week pass.

This class is moving to Paignton from 24th July and will move to a Wednesday morning.
