Summer solstice yoga

Enjoy an outdoor yoga practice to mark the Summer solstice amongst the blooming Hunt's cider apple orchard. After the yoga practice you can enjoy a refreshing soft drink or Hunts cider, surrounded by nature, whilst watching the sun set.

A combination of Vinyasa flow and Hatha yoga with fewer transitions than Vinyasa flow and more flow than Hatha.  Variations will be offered throughout to ensure all needs and abilities are met.​
