Stretch & Sketch

A collaboration between Ian and Ashleigh, oil painter and yoga teacher. You can expect a relaxed, creative and social experience whether you're an artist, yogi or complete novice, you're so welcome here!

These monthly workshops are held at The old school hall at The Mansion in Totnes.No two workshops are ever the same as we collaborate with different models, whilst changing the themes and materials from one month to the next.

The life drawing is somewhat tutored and Ian will be on hand to guide you, should you wish and to observe those who are keen to just get stuck in. 

​

After a short break for a cup of tea we will then settle onto yoga mats for a slow vinyasa flow. A combination of Vinyasa flow and Hatha yoga with fewer transitions than Vinyasa flow and more flow than Hatha.  Variations will be offered throughout to ensure all needs and abilities are met.​​

We supply everything you should need but you're welcome to bring materials/ yoga mats.​
