Pregnancy Yoga
Whether you are new to yoga or you have been practicing for years, my pregnancy yoga classes are designed to help you navigate through your motherhood journey. Suitable from 12 weeks right up until your baby arrives.
By strengthening and stretching your body, these classes will help to alleviate any pregnancy related ailments and best prepare you for a positive birth.
Some sessions will start with a discussion covering a variety of pregnancy and birth related topics. Allowing your knowledge and understanding to grow each week and in turn help you to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and birth.
These classes are also a great way to meet other Mums to be.
FREE first class, £10 drop in or £50 for six week pass.
