WHAT PEOPLE SAY

I thoroughly enjoyed antenatal yoga sessions with Ashleigh. It was a highlight of my week during pregnancy having the chance to focus on relaxation, bonding with baby and preparing for labour. Ashleigh's sessions are calm, friendly and empowering! Also a wonderful opportunity to meet other Mums to be. Would highly recommend.
