A Mother's Rest, yoga for Mum's in Torbay and South Hams, South Devon

Monthly Mother’s Mini Retreat

A little space to breathe. A moment to come back to yourself.

Motherhood asks so much of you.

The Monthly Mother’s Mini Retreat is a restorative sanctuary created especially for mothers. a gentle space to pause, exhale, and reconnect with yourself alongside a community of women who understand.

This monthly gathering offers you the opportunity to step away from the noise and demands of everyday life and simply be.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.

Your monthly reset

Through a nourishing blend of mindful practices, each mini retreat invites you to slow down and turn your attention inward.

You’ll be guided through:

  • Mindful Movement — gentle, grounding movement to release tension and reconnect with your body.

  • Guided Breathwork — intentional breathing practices to calm the nervous system and create space within.

  • Extended Yoga Nidra — a deeply restorative guided practice designed to encourage profound rest and relaxation.

  • Reflective Journaling — quiet time to pause, reflect, process, and listen to what you need.

  • Connection & Community — a welcoming space to meet, share, and feel held by a community of mothers.

Make it part of your month

Think of this as your monthly pause - a regular opportunity to check in with yourself, replenish your energy and return to your life feeling more grounded.

Give yourself permission to make rest a ritual.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

We started going to Mum and Baby yoga when my little one was 9 weeks old, he’s now 6 months and he absolutely loves it! That hour on a Friday is the highlight of both of our week, it’s a fun space to talk to other mums and my Son enjoys a roll around and stretch on the mat!

The best part of the class is Ashleigh, she’s such a fun-loving teacher who genuinely cares about the well being of the mums and babies. My little one adores her and I now count her more as a friend rather than my yoga teacher.

Would recommend Ashleigh’s classes to everyone!
