Mum & baby yoga circle

Whether you are new to yoga or you have been practising for years, my Mum & baby yoga circle is designed to support postpartum recovery and the transition into Motherhood.

​

This class is held at the Parish Rooms in Collaton St Mary. A little treehouse like space is surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside with plenty of free parking.

​

The perfect continuation from my pregnancy yoga class, each class will incorporate breath work, movement and relaxation. I will guide you through a slow and nourishing vinyasa flow, building subtle warmth and strength. Helping you to carve out time into your week and to step away from the everyday of Motherhood.

  

These classes are also a great way to meet other Mums with the option of staying to enjoy tea and biscuits afterwards. Little ones are of course very welcome for this class.​

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

We started going to Mum and Baby yoga when my little one was 9 weeks old, he’s now 6 months and he absolutely loves it! That hour on a Friday is the highlight of both of our week, it’s a fun space to talk to other mums and my Son enjoys a roll around and stretch on the mat!

The best part of the class is Ashleigh, she’s such a fun-loving teacher who genuinely cares about the well being of the mums and babies. My little one adores her and I now count her more as a friend rather than my yoga teacher.

Would recommend Ashleigh’s classes to everyone!
